At Campden BRI, our modern analytical laboratories provide a fully integrated service to complement our Sensory Evaluation, Pilot Plant, Brewery Projects and Due Diligence programmes.
We routinely perform analyses such as sulphur profiling, fusel oil (flavour volatiles), Mycotoxins (DON, Ochratoxin A, Aflatoxin, Cytochalasin, Fumonisins etc), and NDMA.
Our specialised services include the analysis of 4-Methylimidazole (4 MI), haloanisoles (TCA & TBA), Polyphenols and Bisphenol A. With the addition of more traditional beer analysis and other brewery analysis such as malt analysis - including the Carlsberg gushing test - the Campden BRI laboratories can provide for all the brewing community's beer analysis and other brewery analysis analytical needs.
