Technical Support

Our Nutfield site maintains state of the art laboratories capable of undertaking a range of microbiological, chemical and physical analysis relating to alcoholic beverages as well as an extensive range of specialist analysis for food safety and compliance issues. Full sensory profiles, taste and taint evaluations and recipe development can all be undertaken via our experienced sensory experts and technical panels. Campden BRI maintain and operate pilot malting and brewing facilities that are accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and are capable of producing commercial quality raw materials and final, packaged product.

Information Support

The information services team at Campden BRI offers a wide collection of technical and industry related information. The Nutfield site also maintains the largest, continually updated, technical brewing database in the world. In addition to this the information services team also maintains extensive regulatory information and advice related to legislation, labelling, compliance and food safety issues.
